Job Responsibilities:

• Source and develop self-generated leads and appointments with potential customers
• Conduct in-home sales presentations
• Meet minimum required sales targets for assigned consultant level
• Attend required training, company-assigned appointments, and company events
• Manage project pipeline of activity from consultation to install
• Remain up to date on solar industry trends and best practices

Minimum Qualifications

• Valid State driver’s license
• Must attend and pass Initial Sales Training
• Reliable transportation
• Must be able to communicate with other employees and customers effectively.
• Self-motivated and self-starter
• Must obtain and maintain relevant licenses as required by federal, state, or local regulations
• Hired CA candidates must be able to pass a screening for drugs that are illegal in the state of California

Compensation :

• Estimated Range- $67,000-$232,000
• The Home Energy Consultant position is an all-commission position. The commission is 5% of the project’s base price
