Job Title: Sales Operations Specialist

Department: Sales Operations

Manager: VP of Sales Operations

Location: Fairhope, AL

Role Type: Full-time

This will be a fully on-site position from Monday- Friday 8 am- 5 pm (varies with daily events and projects).

• Identify Customer Retention and Renewal Efforts & Communicate to Sales
• Identify & Communicate Cross-sell / Upsell for Direct Accounts
• Client Advocate along the Client Journey
• Client Disconnect Discovery
• Billing Review after Onboarding
• Product & Solution Discovery & Research
• Product & Solution Communication with Sales & Marketing teams

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
