TMS America, an employment agency is seeking a Japanese Bilingual Outside Sales Manager for a client in Torrance, CA. This position is direct-hire and full-time.

Location: Torrance, CA
Shift: Monday to Friday; 9:00am to 6:00pm
Compensation: $65,000 - $70,000/YR (DoE) + benefits

Job duties include:

• Identify and establish contact with potential customers
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers
• Project management duties
• Consultations with clients
• Manage sales representatives
• Others

Requirements:

• Must be bilingual in Japanese/English
• Past professional work experience in Japan preferred
• Past experience with sales for supermarket and restaurant clients preferred
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
• Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
• Strong PC and MS office skills
