We are seeking a process driven Business Operations Manager within our North America Data Products commercialization team. This role will assist with the process and operational functions that will continue to drive the North America’s Data Products growth. The Business Operations Manager will be responsible for client deployment, administration processes, and related optimizations. Will also assist with key measurement reporting and various projects that move the business forward.
More broadly, the successful candidate will be responsible for keeping with internal partners to create and implement solutions for various challenges that may be presented.
Specific responsibilities include:
Responsible for Billing and Onboarding processes with focus on operational excellence for any data products
Properly maintain onboarding and client data including contracts, CRM trackers, Global Portal Enrollment Status
Work with Clients and Account Executives to fulfill any onboarding and billing requirements.
Troubleshoot issues that may arise in the deployment process and implement solutions that reduce friction and improve client experience.
Serve as a resource for internal stakeholders to promptly resolve operational issues within the sales process.
Assist in the implementation of processes that minimize client friction within the sales operation process including user management and billing.
Provide updates on implementation status, billing, and product usage statistics.
Coordinate with team members to ensure Sales pipeline is up to date.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
Basic Qualifications:
5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications :
6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
A bachelor's degree with 4+ years of work experience in sales operations, business operations, and/or data analysis.
Highly skilled in Excel, Power BI and MS PowerPoint, with proven experience in developing presentations for large audiences, building workflows, creating and maintaining reports etc.
Ability to think analytically with strong focus on process.
Strong administrative, time management, and organizational skills.

Additional Information
Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 111,200.00 to 144,500.00 USD, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
