Job Duties:

• Ensuring customers’ truck and trailer part needs are met on every visit
• Ensuring that customers are invoiced correctly
• Assisting outside sales and delivery with customer’s part order needs
• Working closely with vendors on product knowledge and sales training
• Qualifying every order to determine customer delivery expectations
• Supporting shipping and receiving by pulling pick tickets
• Conducting inventory management and inter-branch transfers
• Identifying, responding to, and resolving customer issues promptly while modeling excellent customer service
• Working with customers to maximize sales and increase market share
• Acting as a liaison to outside sales to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution
• Ensuring safety initiatives are executed and employees are following safe work practices
• Other duties as assigned

Position Requirements

• Three to five years of experience in truck and trailer parts wholesale/retail distribution is preferred
• Sound product knowledge and lean warehouse experience to drive continuous improvement
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
• Ability to lift and move more than 50 lbs. of materials and equipment
• Strong organization and planning skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Applications
