To the qualified candidate, we offer:

• Convenient Store Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00AM to 6:00PM, and Saturday, 8:00AM to 3:00PM (37.5 hour work week, no Sundays and an additional day off during the week). Working every Saturday is required for this position.

• The pay range for this role is $14.50/hr.-$18.50/hr., and will be determined based on experience and location

What you’ll do:

• Consistently up-sell/cross-sell AAA products including new memberships, credit cards, and insurance referrals

• Plan domestic travel vacations (car rentals, hotels, vacation packages, maps, tour books and, triptiks)

• Answer incoming overflow calls for Roadside Assistance during high call volumes

What we are looking for:

• Have a high school diploma/GED

• Minimum of six (6) months of sales/customer service experience

• Have effective communication skills both written and oral

• Proficient computer skills including the ability to multitask in several websites and programs

• Ability to read maps and geography knowledge a plus
