Managing Broker

Qualifying Broker will manage and grow the office. She/he will train and coach new agents to become successful as well support experienced agents so they can practice real estate to their fullest potential.

Managing Broker will receive a 90/10 split and a $7,500 cap with the ability to receive more bonuses. Pay is strictly Commission no salary.

Experience needed:

1 year of management in real estate.

5 years in real estate.

Must be a licensed Broker in good standing.

Must have a strong desire to lead.

Must be very driven to grow the company.

Must be very well versed in Florida Real Estate Contracts and Laws Governing Agents.

Must be very adaptable to tech and have a willingness to teach.

Must be will to teach 2 classes per week to agents. (Curriculum to follow is available from company)

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
