Please join CubeSmart's Job Fair for Ames, IA on Thursday, August 3, 2023 from 10am-4pm.

This will be a virtual job fair for our Retail Sales Associate (Manager) position in Ames, IA.

All you have to do is book a time here: [please apply online] to meet with District Manager Sven Ericson at his store in Ames, IA. Once you book a time, I will send you an invite with the address for Thursday.

Your role at CubeSmart Self-Storage…

Customer Service:

• Develop customer relationships by identifying their self-storage needs and providing solutions.
• Working face to face with customers, providing excellent service, and building rapport.
• Working both independently and on a team renting self-storage spaces, selling store merchandise, accepting payments, utilizing our Point-of-Sale System, and completing daily bank deposits.
• Walking the property to perform lock checks and showing units to customers.

Property Maintenance:

• Physical requirements of the job include daily walks of the property, cleaning the units and the property, opening and closing of the storage doors (up to 50 lbs.)
• Maintain facility which includes mopping, sweeping, changing light bulbs, cleaning out storage units, and similar light activities.
• Keeping the property and office clean and tidy.
