Responsibilities and duties:

• Processing sales orders and related activities via internal sales order flow process.
• Investigate, coordinates, resolves customer problems with deliveries and discrepancies
• Managing account include work closely with customers to determine their needs and communicate with all departments to resolve problems
• Understand and perform functions in accordance company sales policies, rules, etc.
• Daily communications as required with accounts as directed by sales manager
• Work closely with finance and sales for any account credit issues which could hinder shipment
• Enhances team effectiveness by providing information and management support
• Able to provide support for both pre-sales and post-sales side of business

Job Requirements:

• College education or 2+ years of relevant experience preferred
• Fluent in English
• Chinese proficiency in written and verbal form preferred.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business information and correspondences both in English and Chinese.
• Ability to multi-task, responsible and responsive, flexible to the team, and ability to problem solve.
• Self-starter with minimal supervision.
• Reliable and responsible
• Familiar with Microsoft Office Apps, email, spreadsheets, word documents.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $76,000.00 - $82,000.00 per year
