Are you passionate about the real estate industry and helping clients find their dream homes? We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Agent to join our Real Trends & Wall Street Journal #1 Ranked Team at Keller Williams Luxury Collective. As a Real Estate Agent, you will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of clients, assisting them in buying, selling, and renting properties. Responsibilities:

- Act as an intermediary between buyers and sellers, facilitating real estate transactions.

- Guide clients through the process of buying, selling, or renting properties, providing professional advice and assistance.

- Conduct property viewings, highlighting the unique features and benefits of each property.

- Evaluate clients' needs and financial abilities to propose suitable properties.

- Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.

- Prepare and present offers, negotiate terms, and facilitate contract signing.

- Utilize various marketing strategies to promote properties and attract potential buyers.

- Build and maintain a network of clients through referrals, networking, and proactive prospecting.

- Stay up to date with the latest real estate market trends, regulations, and industry practices.

Requirements:

- Proven work experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role.

- Strong knowledge of the local real estate market, including property pricing, neighborhoods, and current trends.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

- High level of professionalism and integrity.

- Valid real estate license in the respective location.

- Proficiency in using real estate databases, CRM software, and other relevant tools.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneously.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
