We are looking for a personable, organized, highly proactive and self-motivated with great communications skills and Treatment Coordinating experience to be part of our wonderful team. Job Skills and Requirements

• Sales in Dental, Medical or Pharmaceutical field
• Treatment coordinator experience
• Dental experience REQUIRED
• Strong sales skills
• Exceptional communication skills
• Time management skills
• Must have great people skills
• Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft office
• Ability to multitask and prioritize with efficiency
• Must have a “get it done” mentality
• Bi-lingual Spanish REQUIRED
• High school diploma or GED certificate

Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to

• Meeting collection and production goals
• Maintaining manageable and productive schedules
• Recording, reporting, and tracking case presentation results
• Ensuring a high conversion rate and proper follow through on all case presentations
• Following up on pending treatment plans
• Completing all forms and tasks related to cases presented

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $27.00 - $33.00 per hour
