Sales and Marketing Assistant- Job Description

1) Sales & Marketing Dept. file filing and set up new product database in excel spread sheet and OMS system to support sales team operation.

2) Update current product Ecommerce listing, such as description, pictures, installation assembling manual etc.

3) B2B portal and LTL sales following up.

4) Providing customer service.

5) Produce flyers or brochures etc. marketing documents.

6) Internal and external sales support activity, documentation and follow-up.

7) Other jobs assigned by supervisor.

Requirement:

1)Highly organized with excellent time-management skills directed at achievement/results.
2) Experience with canvas, photoshop etc. related software preferred.
3) Ability to work independently and as part of a team, dealing with ever-changing demands.
4) Strong interpersonal and communication skills － both verbally and written.
5) Ability to apply creative problem-solving techniques using sound business judgment.
6) Ability to work well in time-sensitive environment where customer satisfaction is the ultimate goal.
7) E-commerce experience, such as shopify or wix experience is preferred .
8) Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

9) Cat owner is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,418.93 - $42,655.06 per year
