Job Description:

We are currently seeking an assertive, take-charge, reasonably social Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a personable, amiable, results-driven individual who is comfortable with quite a lot of phone calls to clients and conducting face-to-face interactions in the field with potential and existing customers. In this role, the candidate must be willing to travel up to 50% of the time and will be responsible for the following duties:

Renew Support Contracts: The candidate will be responsible for renewing support contracts with existing clients. They should be able to convince clients to renew their support contracts by emphasizing the benefits and addressing any concerns the client may have.

Upgrade Systems: The candidate will be responsible for convincing clients over the phone to upgrade their systems. They should be able to understand technical concepts and convey the benefits of upgrading to clients in a clear and concise manner.

Handling Phone Calls: The candidate will be responsible for handling a high volume of phone calls from clients. They should be able to engage with clients in a professional and courteous manner, answering questions and providing support as needed.

Accurate Data Entry: The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date client information in our CRM system. They should have strong data entry skills, paying close attention to detail to ensure accuracy.

Technical Concepts: The candidate should have the ability to understand technical concepts related to our products and services. They should be able to effectively communicate technical information to clients who may have varying levels of technical expertise.

Relationship Building: The candidate should have reliable transportation to travel within sales territory to meet prospects and existing customers. They will be responsible for finding new leads and conducting face-to-face meetings, establishing a rapport with potential clients.

Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred; 1+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a technical or sales environment;

Excellent phone skills, with the ability to handle a high volume of calls in a professional manner; Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to clients; Strong data entry skills, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail; Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment; Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
