Soulful Touch Hospice Care, Inc is looking for a full-time liaison to help us manage our customer base and market share. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with a strong work ethic who is comfortable in a fast-paced environment and has a desire to be part of a team. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, customer service, or related field and will be able to demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and work independently.

The position requires you to meet with customers on an as-needed basis, answer any questions they may have about our products and services, and provide them with information about our company and services.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Meet with existing customers to develop rapport and understand their needs.
• Provide customers with information about our products and services.
• Develop new business opportunities by identifying new customer bases.
• Follow up on accounts by phone, email, or in person.
• Prepare presentations for meetings with new customers.
• Follow up on accounts by phone, email, or in person.

• Prepare presentations for meetings with sales staff and management.
• Identify opportunities to increase sales through cold calling.
• Other duties as assigned.

Experience:

• 1 year of experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required if you have no experience at all! We are willing to train the right candidate.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently without constant supervision. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while delivering quality results. Strong attention to detail is a must.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
