Slow Fashion Brand - Manager, Apparel Wholesale Sales Associate / Marketing and
_ Communications_

We are a thriving e-commerce indie slow fashion brand with a growing cult following

Position Overview: Full-time and in-person position in Vernon, CA managing wholesale customer accounts and answering all customer emails with dedication to customer satisfaction and growth

Primary Duties:

• Manage Wholesale accounts and sales
• Answer and pursuing all customer service related calls, emails, messages and dms
• Manage and process all wholesale orders on Faire and Shopify
• Phone calls, google meets, and zoom calls
• Process all existing customer inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, description, details, images, account status, order tracking, trouble-shooting, and product feedback
• Screen and setup all new account requests
• Troubleshooting
• Know all product details
• Pursue on brand relations and collaboration opportunities
• Resolve all complaints/returns/refunds/exchanges/credits with care
• Create timeline and content for marketing e-blasts for Retail and Wholesale customers
• Manage accurate wholesale and retail inventory and incoming product schedule
• Develop basic protocol procedures for improved customer relations and sales
• Strategize sales and marketing plans
• Analyze customer reports and sales
• Manage master customer lists and keep stockist lists up to date
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years experience in apparel wholesale sales and marketing and demonstrated leadership responsibilities
• Shopify experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong Digital literacy
• Strong customer orientation with a desire to help
• Ability to problem-solve, multitask and stay organized while learning new information about our products and customers
• Be flexible and wear many hats
• Willingness to learn and excel
• Attention to detail
• Self-motivated with a dedicated work ethic
• Ability to work collaboratively and take direction well
• Enthusiastic with a positive attitude

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience working for a slow-fashion brand company
• Knowledge of garment construction, fabrications, categories and terminology
• Proficiency with FAIRE
• Proficiency with Apple computers
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator and Photoshop
• Eye for style and design

• Branding knowledge
• Website navigation and editing knowledge
• Ability to create product content
• Strong social media skills

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday (onsite) - 8:30am - 4:30pm (30 mins lunch break)
