Essential Job Functions:
Purchase Order review

Sales Order entry

Communication with customers regarding order status

Resolving customer concerns

Phone and email support

Building sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication

Meeting CSR team sales targets

Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

Performing other duties as assigned by supervisor

Ability to prioritize

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to maintain composure in all situations

Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required. 1-2 years clerical, sales or office experience, strong multi-tasking capabilities, exceptional phone/verbal skills, experience in semiconductor, aerospace and/or metals a plus. Experience in manufacturing a plus

Physical requirements:
Able to life up to 25 Ibs.
