Penfield Products Inc. is looking for a Customer Service Supervisor / Key Accounts Manager for our QualArc division of the company. QualArc imports and manufactures mailboxes, mailbox systems, lighted address signs, and signage. Our customers include builders, developers, contractors, designers and homeowners through Internet and brick and mortar distributors.

In this role, the Key Accounts Manager will supervise two Customer Service associates and manage key Internet distributors such as Amazon, Home Depot, Wayfair and Bellacor. The manager will QC review new customer orders once entered into QuickBooks, as well as manage customer disputes, credits, returns and chargebacks. This is not a remote role, so candidates should live a commutable distance from our Rancho Cordova facility and be available to work M-F 7:00AM-3:30PM.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and/or experience:

· Proven experience as Key Account Manageror similar role

· Past Relationship management experience with Amazon, Home Depot, Wayfair, Bellacor or other e-commerce type stores a plus

· Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels

· Excellent organizational skills

· Ability in problem-solving and negotiation

· 2+ years of Supervisory experience preferred

· Working knowledge of QuickBooks

· Ease with working with the Microsoft suite of programs, with an emphasis on Excel skills

· Good written and oral communication skills

· Being a team player while leading by example

Responsibilities

· Develop trusting relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure that they do not turn to the competitors

· Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements

· Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives

· Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner

· Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams

· Resolve any issues and problems face by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust of the company and its products

· Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long lasting relationships

· Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key accounting metrics

Pay: $52,000.00 - $62,400.00 per year
