Major Tasks, Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities
- Manage SLA renewals by creating quotes and following up with client via phone and email.
- Receive and process purchase orders.
- Maintain and update sales and customer records.
- Compile monthly sales reports.
- Interact and build a ‘trusted liaison’ relationship with C-level decision makers and business owners.
- Manage accounts, quota attainment, sales presentations, short-term and long-term opportunities.
- Coordinate with engineering staff to identify project needs and develop solutions.
- Maintain up-to-date pipeline of leads and forecasts of closed business.
- Document and manage results won, lost or pending.
- Participate in sales and business development meetings on a scheduled basis.
- Ensure that all sales orders are entered, signed, and properly processed through Operations and Accounting.
- Other duties as assigned by the Director of Sales.

- Reports to Director of Sales.
- Responsibility for maintaining and managing sales pipeline.
- Manage accounts and follow up on sales opportunities within accounts.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Competencies
- Familiarity with contact management tools such as ConnectWise and HubSpot a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Collaborative team player able to work well with others in a team atmosphere.
- Self-motivated self-starter, hard-working, resourceful, and passionate – with the ability to manage time efficiently.
- Exceptionally outgoing and motivated to meet and help new people.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma.
- BA/BS preferred.
- Demonstrated and verifiable track record of managing accounts with exceptional customer service.
