Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and execute various events such as weddings, conferences, and corporate meetings
- Coordinate with clients to understand their event requirements and preferences
- Select and book suitable venues, including hotels, banquet halls, and restaurants
- Help create catering services and menu selection
- Coordinate guest services such as transportation, accommodations, and special requests
- Manage event budgets and ensure all expenses are within the allocated budget
- Collaborate with our resta to secure necessary equipment and services
- Oversee event setup, including decorations, seating arrangements, and audiovisual equipment
- Ensure smooth event operations by coordinating with staff members and volunteers
- Handle any issues or emergencies that may arise during events
Experience:
- Previous experience in event planning or coordination is preferred
- Knowledge of hospitality industry practices and trends
- Familiarity with fundraising events is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Proficient in using event management software or tools

Pay: $40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
