CRS Temporary Housing is a leader in our industry providing temporary housing solutions to individuals who are displaced from their home due to loss. Working with insurance companies and the policyholders, we provide a variety of solutions to make this difficult time easier.
Position Purpose: This position manages the South-Central territory and specific key accounts. This position is responsible for growing sales within the territory and gaining new business. An ideal candidate will reside in Texas, New Mexico, Colorado, Nebraska, Kansas or Oklahoma.

Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Identify new markets and new customer opportunities.
- Develop and maintain Executive Level relationships with target customers.
- Educate target customers on CRS services. Educate new and existing claim representatives on services and programs.
- Account strategizing within the South-Central territory.
- Increase business from potential customers in the territory.
- Create and deliver presentations.
- In partnership with Relationship Managers, build and maintain strong, loyal relationships from claim representatives.
- Follow-up on requests via phone, meeting, or email.
- Travel within territory up to 25% with minimal travel outside of the territory.
- Attend Claims Association meetings, trade shows, external events etc.
- Create and maintain database for entire territory and assigned accounts.
- Follow up on marketing campaigns, returned mail, mass emails, etc.
- Problem resolution & troubleshooting.
- Meet or exceed goals and objectives as set forth by department.
- Meet or exceed task and meeting requirements.
- Partner with Relationship Managers, Marketing, and NSM team to grow territorial business.
- Provide performance reports as requested.
Knowledge and, Skills and Abilities
- Strong work ethic and determination.

- Effective interpersonal and communication skills with an emphasis on listening.
- Ability to maintain relationships and accounts, with emphasis on territory growth.
- Must be able to travel overnight to assigned clients.
- Proven and experienced sales record.

- A desire to motivate and excite others regarding this business.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint)
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline.
- Experience with the Temporary Housing industry.
- Experience within the insurance industry.
- Salesforce experience.
Working Conditions
This position requires working on a computer, talking on the phone and conducting meetings virtually throughout work shift. It also requires time out of the office traveling locally or around the country to meet with clients and attend events. The working conditions may be stressful as it requires pursuing new accounts and working to win back business.
