Territory: West Coat
MUST BE ABLE TO COMMUTE TO ANAHEIM, CA HEADQUARTER DAILY
- Must be able and willing to travel frequently through the sales territory. 2 days working in the office, 3 days traveling along with the reps.
- Manages the performance and development of Sales Representatives within the district.
- Engages in one-on-one coaching and direction by conducting at least 5 half-day work-width's a week.
- Effectively lead and facilitate Monday district meetings that educate, motivate and ultimately produce key behavior changes to drive sales.
- Supports and promotes all national campaigns and promotions
- Accountable for providing coaching, training, and timely feedback to drive Sales Representative development of consultative selling skills
- Per direction of the President, fully leverages Territory Planning data for all territory/customers changes or allocations.
- Precisely manages and engages critical/developing customer accounts, and ensure proper management of all other accounts in the district.
- Per direction of the President; implements changes to programs or process; ensuring all sales representatives achieve required behavior changes and performance metrics within the district.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with a variety of individuals.
- Superb organizational and project management skills, including the ability to execute multiple initiatives autonomously.
- Demonstrates mastery of skills in the area of consultative selling, marketing principles, prospecting, networking, coaching, and negotiations.
- Effectively coach, counsel, train and direct associates.
- Capable of supervising and motivating others.
- Write reports and business correspondence.
- Develop new business, penetrate existing accounts, and minimize lost business to achieve profitable sales growth and special objectives within territory.
- Seek and qualify prospects under company account stratification goals.
- Research customer business needs and develops a mix of products and service to meet needs.
- Be informed of market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products, prices, and sales.
- Answer customers' questions about products, prices, availability, and product use.
- Provide product information and practical training to customer personnel.
- Troubleshoot any problems that occur during the order process (for example, out of stock items, special order items, low inventory, etc.).
- Participate in company functions, promotions, customer visits, and customer events.
- Attend and participate in general sales and district meetings.
- Review and analyze daily and weekly reports
- Participate in ongoing training sessions.
- Assist with the recruiting, hiring and training of new employees as requested.
- Some Standing, walking, moving, carrying, bending, kneeling, reaching, handling, pushing, and pulling is required. May be required to lift and move boxes or packages not exceeding 75 pounds in weight.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record

QUALIFICATIONS
Education
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business administration, sales) or equivalent educational level preferred.
Experience
- 2 or more years' experience successfully growing profitable sales in the tile/flooring industry.
- 5+ years' flooring sales experience preferred.

- Generous base salary plus commission

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $115,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
