Summary:

Perform administrative sales and support for the outside sales force. Duties include quoting, ordering, expediting, and communicating with the customer and sales force.

Essential Functions:

• Prepare quotes for customers
• Write-up orders for customers
• Expedite orders
• Communicate with the customer, Account Managers, and manufacturers
• Understand commercial issues and terms
• Improve product and technical knowledge
• Keep Account Managers up to date on products and services
• Other related duties as assigned

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Associate degree in a technical field a plus
• 2 years related experience a plus
