Full description of the position

Local residential real estate firm seeking a marketing specialist to help promote the brand. Also take on the role of listing coordinator, to help get homes ready in preparation to sell.

Advising sellers areas to declutter, light staging, attention to detail a must. Collect data on home, formulate listing presentation, help clients through paperwork, completing forms, uploading docs, scheduling and managing photos and trades/vendors for home improvement projects, buttoning up last minute clean up, entering into MLS, creating marketing flyers, scheduling open houses, sharing feedback with sellers, organizing multiple offer terms, de-staging after sale of home, delivering checks and lock boxes, facilitating logistics and paperwork once home is under contract through closing, communicating with clients and promoting the property on social media, etc. Must have large enough car to transport some staging accessories.

Marketing of team to include scheduling and creating regular social media content + engagement, writing monthly e-newsletters, quarterly print newsletters, postcard mailers and other advertising efforts, organic outreach to sphere through our CRM (including "likely to sell" contacts), boosting lifestyle photography opportunities, improving Google review and search analytics, promoting testimonials, working with web host for suggested updates, customer appreciation events, etc. Bringing a creative eye and utilizing experience to make suggestions for gaining new exposure and connecting with our current database.

Often fast paced environment, position requires ability to multi task, communicate effectively, and an aesthetic eye. Being able to set up and manage systems a perk. Proactive, professional, strong writing skills, creative, and team player are all attributes that would be very attractive for the next addition to our team.

Monday - Friday, in office (Fenton) with many local trips throughout the week to the team's listings. Pay is structured as small bi-weekly base, plus incentive (per listing), with a minimum of $43,000+ per year. No health care benefits paid. Immediate start a plus.
