Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated real estate Salesperson to join our fast-growing, and established, real estate brokerage. As a real estate agent, you will be responsible for generating sales revenue through a commission sales model. The ideal candidate will be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales agents, marketing, operations, and clients. This is a 100% commission position so your income potential is infinite, so long as you work hard and smart. We are looking for someone to put under our wing, someone who has the desire to be great, and someone who is willing to put in the work without complaining.

You should have a California Salesperson license to apply for this position. The ideal candidate should also have a thorough understanding of the grit and relentlessness needed to be a successful real estate Salesperson. Finally, you should be highly organized, have the ability to multitask, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Here is what we provide you at The Canlas Brothers:
- Leads: We pay for leads through multiple online channels, and give them to you to work.

- Personalization: We help create your goals with you. From the sales volume goal, we will work backwards to find the right amount of calls and appointments needed to reach your goals.

- Technology: we will provide you with the tools needed to succeed. You will have access to our CRM, dialing tools, and ancillary tech that you will utilize for follow-ups.

- Accountability: it's one thing to talk about your goals, but it’s another thing to consistently act on your goals. We track your KPIs each week to make sure you don't miss your monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals.

- Motivation: We get professionally coached and we will do the same for you. You will get all the motivation you need to succeed.

Responsibilities:

• You must have an active CA real estate Salesperson license
• Have a reliable car with applicable insurance to carry passengers/clients
• Must be 100% full-time
• Must be adaptable and eager to learn

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $47,847.00 - $169,183.00 per year
