Overview:

Responsibilities:
  • Meet or exceed Closing Ratio targets
  • Recognize cross-sell opportunities and make refer-rals to other departments
  • Meet or exceed Sales Velocity targets for the mar-ket area’s commercial lines departments
  • Play a critical role in meeting and exceeding organ-ic revenue growth targets
  • Meet and exceed carrier production targets
  • Utilization of available technology
  • Creation of compelling final proposals
Qualifications:
  • BA/BS Preferred
  • At least three years’ experience in commercial lines
  • Possesses excellent communication and organiza-tional skills
  • Strong time management and strategic thinking skills
  • Ability to evaluate a risk, advise and place coverage accordingly
  • Insurance Producer License
