Sales Representative for Medicare Insurance Coverage

Mediplan Shop is a growing company seeking ambitious and driven individuals for our Sales Representative positions.

As a Sales Representative at Mediplan Shop, you will play a vital role in helping Medicare beneficiaries make important decisions regarding their Medicare Insurance Coverage. Through phone consultations, you will listen, advise, and guide clients in selecting the most suitable health insurance options. Partnering with leading national and regional health insurance companies, you will ensure that customers receive the appropriate coverage for their unique needs.

Required:

• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Ability to obtain a Health resident insurance license
• Strong integrity and customer focus
• Comfortable with desktop computers, including proficiency in Office applications and web browsing

Preferred:

• Previous sales or contact center experience, with a focus on meeting or exceeding sales goals and performance metrics
• Familiarity with CMS Rules and Regulations and/or other state or federal healthcare programs is a plus
