Vyron is looking for a talented Inside Sales assistant who is customer service oriented and looking to learn a ton! The current opening is located in our Madison branch location. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in supporting our Inside Sales Representatives.

Responsibilities

• · Understand customer needs and requirements
• · Office duties - answer phones, customer inquiries, basic customer service
• · Data entry into our ERP software
• · Help assist with order status reports and bid day quotes
• · Order entry and revisions using various supplier furnished software
• · Assist with assembly and mail detailed submittals and O&M manuals

Requirements

• Unwavering organizational skills and time management
• Strong phone presence
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Strong listening skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

This position is the entry level step towards becoming an Inside Sales Representative. Inside Sales Representatives are typically paired one of one with our Outside Sales Engineers and support them in their role. Inside Sales Representatives are responsible for the above items as well as:

• · Ordering equipment
• · Assembling technical submittals
• · Managing post sales activities
