Your primary responsibilities when you start will be responsible for helping customers and assisting our brokers. As a customer service associate you will provide support for all our services including vehicle registration, permits, insurance, tax preparation.

Position Highlights:

• Full Time Position
• Monday-Friday 9 am to 6pm;
• Saturdays Off, Sunday off, and Major Holidays off
• Paid Training
• Paid vacation After 2 years of employment
• Additional Bonus pay of $100-$500 bi-weekly

Responsibilities:

• Greet clients entering office
• Answering phone calls; and directing calls to appropriate person in office
• Sending out emails, text messages, and letters to clients
• Handle customer questions, concerns, or requests for documentation
• File documents, and organize paperwork
• Provide information about services
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

​Qualifications:

• Prior Experience NOT required
• Preferred Bilingual in Spanish & English
• People Person, positive energetic
• Organized, able to prioritize work, and multi-task
• Good communication skills in person & over the phone
• Great at emailing and sending
• Goal oriented mindset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
