Your primary responsibilities when you start will be responsible for helping customers and assisting our brokers. As a customer service associate you will provide support for all our services including vehicle registration, permits, insurance, tax preparation.
Position Highlights:
- Full Time Position
- Monday-Friday 9 am to 6pm;
- Saturdays Off, Sunday off, and Major Holidays off
- Paid Training
- Paid vacation After 2 years of employment
- Additional Bonus pay of $100-$500 bi-weekly
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients entering office
- Answering phone calls; and directing calls to appropriate person in office
- Sending out emails, text messages, and letters to clients
- Handle customer questions, concerns, or requests for documentation
- File documents, and organize paperwork
- Provide information about services
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Qualifications:
- Prior Experience NOT required
- Preferred Bilingual in Spanish & English
- People Person, positive energetic
- Organized, able to prioritize work, and multi-task
- Good communication skills in person & over the phone
- Great at emailing and sending
- Goal oriented mindset
