Inside Sales - Customer Service

Reports To: Inside Sales Manager

Position Summary:

The ideal candidate for this role would be an energetic, aggressive self-starter with limited to extensive experience managing customer queries, processing sales orders, and supporting the sales efforts across multiple teams. This role requires strong organization, computer and phone skills, as well as verbal and written communication skills. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming calls/emails and customer service inquiries
• Work with customers to determine the appropriate solution based on their requests/requirements and ensure smooth sales & support processes
• Support outside sales teams as required; Proposals, Submittals, IOM’s, Parts Identification, Order Processing, and other duties required by the sales teams
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by regularly attending educational sessions
• Attend industry networking events regularly
• Any other duties assigned by appropriate personnel

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
