We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Product Development Manager to join our team. This individual will lead the research, design, and development of our AI and ML-driven healthcare products, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely delivery and successful commercialization of our solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and manage the product roadmap by working closely with company executives, data scientists, and engineering teams to create compelling product offerings that address customer needs while aligning with overall business goals.

2. Translate customer needs and insights into actionable product requirements, user stories, and detailed designs.

3. Foster collaboration between engineering, data science, marketing, and sales teams to ensure effective and efficient product development processes.

4. Define and prioritize feature development, set timelines, and allocate resources to meet project milestones and launch dates.

5. Evaluate and implement product development methodologies, best practices, and tools to streamline and optimize the product development process.

6. Collaborate with marketing to create effective go-to-market strategies and promotional materials for new products and feature releases.

7. Lead product testing efforts, gathering data and user feedback to continuously improve our predictive analytics and overall user experience.

8. Act as the primary product evangelist within the company and at industry events, presenting product offerings and capabilities to internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.

2. 5+ years of experience in product development or product management, preferably in the healthcare or healthtech industry.

3. Proven experience managing AI and ML-based products or projects and successfully bringing them to market.

4. Strong technical expertise and ability to understand and communicate complex data-driven product requirements.

5. Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and partner with cross-functional teams.

6. Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies, and familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Asana.

7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities.

8. Passion for healthcare technology and a commitment to revolutionizing patient care through data-driven solutions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $85,000.00 per year
