Our parent company is located in Feusisberg (Switzerland) - but our international team works flexible and part-time from Switzerland, Germany, America and Ecuador. Our company Strongback Mobility USA LLC is responsible for the B2B and B2C distribution of STRONGBACK products in the United States

We are looking for a strategically thinking, active, passionate und empathic leader to be our
Sales Director
With the Focus on:
- Development and implementation of our domestic and international sales strategies
- Investigation and pursuit of new sales channels
- Sales and marketing team building in USA
Your contribution to our success:
- Sales Strategy: You develop a multi-channel B2B/B2C sales strategy for the US and potentially beyond, based on digitalized and IT-driven processes. This includes the composition of the product portfolio, pricing, and margins as well as budget responsibility.
- Pursuit of new sales channels: to include but not limited to rehab facilities, VA facilities, distributors
(domestic/international)
- Team Building: You build up a strong sales and marketing team in the USA and take over the technical leadership of the team. You define processes and responsibilities in sales and implement them in your team.
Requirements
- Solid experience in a leadership role in sales, ideally within the mobility or rehabilitation product environment.
- Completed business administration or technical studies, or comparable training.
