Luxury Boutique Key Holder
Margaret O'Leary- Seattle, WA

If you love fashion and working with people we are looking for you! Based in San Francisco, the Margaret O'Leary clothing company is renowned for its beautiful collections of cutting-edge knitwear.

Our Boutique located at University Village, Seattle WA is looking for a Full-Time Sales/Key-holder to work approx. 4 to 5 days per week. All applicants must be sales-driven and offer outstanding customer service. We offer free monthly merchandise and a great small business environment.

OBJECTIVE: To create a unique, enjoyable, and personal shopping experience; embracing the Margaret O'Leary lifestyle and brand image, while maintaining all store operations and goals, resulting in driving sales and ensuring a profitable store.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Exceed the customer's service expectations by meeting the following responsibilities:

• Build genuine and sincere relationships with clients.
• Greet all customers upon entering the store.
• Offer to hold items for the client at the cash wrap or in the fitting room.
• Determine the client's needs and offer suggestions and alternatives.
• Utilize all customer service resources
• Offer to locate out of stock items from the vendor or other store locations.
• Ensure a positive final impression of customer service at the cash wrap.
• Use all clienteling systems in place to capture client's information and ensure a client relationship is created and maintained.
• Follow up with clients via email, phone, and mail when appropriate.

-Meet or exceed stores sales goals by maintaining business awareness and driving sales.

-Serve as a proactive role-model, teacher, and problem solver for the sales associates.

-Ensure a strong store presence and consistently lead by example.

-Promote and maintain a high level of awareness for customer service, operations, merchandising standards, and loss prevention.

-Uphold all company policy and procedure.

-Maintain a clean and organized store at all times, free of dirt and dust.

-Perform all register functions.

-Gain proficiencies in the following areas:

• Manager on Duty
• Store opening and closing procedures
• Store Operations

Seattle location operating hours: 10-8 M-Sat and 11-6 Sun

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
