No experience needed but appreciated. Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of auto sales experience. Good communication skills in Spanish and English are appreciated. We have a very relaxed but professional environment.
We are currently looking to hire pleasant, dynamic, and friendly team players. We are a small independent dealership with 2 other sales reps.
This position involves customer interaction. You will be working leads via phone, text, as well as email. A positive professional attitude, ability to accept guidance, good communication skills, great energy, and a willingness to do what it takes to become successful.

The sales floor and sales reps are overseen by a Floor Manager that will assist with all sales.

Compensation is a Flat per auto sold with bonuses at different tiers. We also run weekend bonuses during the month. Our sales reps average 5k-9k/month depending on what level bonus tier they achieve.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $4,000 - $10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime
• Weekend availability

Experience:

• AUTOMOTIVE SALES: 1 year (Preferred)

Pay: $48,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
