Job description

WrapStar Pro, Sacramento's Leading Vinyl Wrap Company, is actively seeking an ambitious and enthusiastic outside sales representative to join our growing team. As an integral part of our organization, this individual will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and ensuring exceptional service for both new and existing clients.

Responsibilities for this position include proactively prospecting new customers and maintaining regular correspondence with our valued clientele. By actively engaging with customers, you will identify their specific signage and visual communication needs, effectively promoting our extensive range of services. In addition, you will collaborate closely with our in-house team and customers to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.

To excel in this role, we are searching for a Sales Rockstar—someone with a vibrant personality who thrives on building relationships and is comfortable communicating both over the phone and in person. This position offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary plus commission. Qualified candidates must have a minimum of one year of sales experience, possess a positive attitude, and demonstrate a passion for collaborative teamwork.

Job Summary

We are currently seeking a driven and ambitious Outside Sales Representative to join our team. Compensation:

Base pay plus commision

Responsibilities:

Prospecting: Identify and gather information on potential customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
Cold calling: Contact potential customers to generate interest and persuade them to consider our products and services.
Client meetings: Meet with clients to discuss their future needs, provide product/service information, and address inquiries.
Presentations and demonstrations: Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings.
Negotiations: Collaborate with the WrapStar Pro team to negotiate pricing and transaction terms with clients.
Follow-up: Ensure customer satisfaction by conducting post-sale follow-ups, addressing concerns, and resolving any issues.
