Infinium Solar, Inc. is a leading residential and small commercial installation company in the South Bay. We are currently seeking to hire a manager to develop and run our Solar Sales Team for our residential solar business. If you are the top performer at your current company then we want you. Best commissions in the industry and typical installation is completed within 30 days of signing the contract.
This is a full time opportunity. Help manage and groom an already talented team of sales associates. We do not do door knocking but drive sales through lead development, and referrals. Associates, manage leads and make appointments with customers from our Campbell office. This is a self managed position.

- You must be a top performer elsewhere SELLING SOLAR to be considered

Responsibilities:
- Present and sell products and services to new customers
- Develop procedures to expanding the sale team using
- Prospect for potential customers - using lead generation techniques
- Get referrals from previous customers and follow up
- Prospect and contact potential customers
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
- Create sales material to present to customers
