Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate outside marketing agency activity and serve as liaison between outside agency and Firm’s shareholders.
• Manage Firm’s social media presence.
• Coordinate and maintain Firm’s pipeline report.
• Full oversight and maintenance of CRM system.
• Oversee the Firm’s national quarterly Lenders Survey
• Maintenance of all electronic and physical marketing collateral material.
• Development of marketing pitchbooks.
• Marketing research.
• Marketing and Firmwide event coordination, including planning, shareholder and employee logistics, materials, event logistics, etc.
• Attend Phoenix events and limited industry events.
• Marketing support as appropriate for Firm’s clients.
• Other related duties.
