Attention Dealership Business Development Representatives!!

PREVIOUS eLEAD CRM Experience is a HUGE PLUS!!!

We’re Looking for Exceptional BDC Reps to Help us Sell Ultimate Driving Machines! The BDC Representative will be responsible for handling multiple internet inquiries throughout the day along with phone leads in order to generate appointments for the dealership sales department. Being professional and courtesy is a must, as well as having the ability to multi-task. This is a full time position with paid training and will require you to be at the dealership for the operating store hours. Bilingual English/ Spanish is a plus and will be compensated as so.

Previous Automotive Dealership Sales, BDC or Internet Sales experience in a high-volume dealership is REQUIRED!!. Highline experience is a plus! We are interested in candidates who are polished, professional, sales-minded, and customer-focused. You must be detail-oriented and have impeccable customer follow up skills. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and computer proficiency are essential, we will ask questions and you will be given a verbal questionnaire.

• Automotive Sales BDC, Internet and/or Client Advisor experience, a must!
• We will train candidates who have great people skills and ambitious

• Ability to convert internet leads to appointment/sale

• Strong communication skills –verbal and written
• Excellent computer skills including CRM proficiency

WE ARE SEEKING BDC /RECEPTIONIST. THIS POSITION IS AS A REP ON GOING INTO A MANAGEMENT POSITION AS WE GROW.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
