Salary Range: $20.00 per hour

Holidays Off

Base with Commissions Available

Quote new lines of coverage for new and current clients.

Answer phone calls, assist clients with service, claims and billing related questions.

Process policy changes, review gaps in coverage, and suggest optional coverages

Consistently provide superior customer service by promptly and thoroughly responding to the client???s needs and requests.

Build effective relationships with clients as their first point of contact for any coverage, process questions, and other concerns.

Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel
