ProTech Services is seeking a Key eCommerce Account Associate for a large home decor importer and distributor in Southaven, MS. In-Office. Full-Time. Mon-Fri. Weekends (Only during Market and traveling overseas).

Our client offers Lighting, Wall Décor, Mirrors, Decorative Accessories and Decorative Furniture to our customers. We produce Framed Art and Mirrors in the U.S., as well as import product from overseas.

The client maintains showrooms in High Point, Las Vegas, Dallas, Atlanta, and Tupelo, as well as in its new 275,000 sq. ft. office/warehouse location in Southaven, Mississippi.

To drive key account sales by providing sales support to the eCommerce Sales Directors and agency field representatives.
Primary Responsibilities:

• Work with assigned accounts and sales reps, handling operational, logistical and administrative functions.
• Collaborate with assigned sales team members to manage monthly forecast by customer.
• Complete customer quotes in a timely manner and within margin targets.
• Travel to shows and customer sites to work with assigned customers and sales team members.
• Follow up on customer claims and chargebacks.
• Write and edit product content that will be published on e-Commerce websites/portals.
• Set standards, systems, and best practices for new product listings, content creation, distribution, and maintenance.
• Work closely with different teams to provide updated content that will be shared across e-Commerce platforms.
• Offering support for assigned accounts including, but not limited to: presentations, quoting, sampling and order management.
• Providing customer specific costing and quoting within margin parameters.
• Monitoring shipments to ensure all logistical requirements have been met including ship dates.
• Orchestrating communication between overseas office and sales team.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Required:

• Education: BS degree in Communication, Marketing, Business or related field preferred; or relevant work experience.

Experience: Previous experience in Omni Channel Sales (3+ years), merchandising and/or marketing. Retail or wholesale experience is beneficial and considered a plus.

Skills:

• Strong attention to detail
• Strong communication skills with people both verbal and written
• Computer proficiency especially in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to plan, prioritize, organize, and clearly define objectives
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
• Ability to travel domestically and abroad if necessary
• Strong knowledge of home décor is beneficial
