This role is responsible for:
- Leading the strategic planning, growth & development of the pediatric and maternal services in the greater St. Louis Region, as well as supporting quaternary services throughout the system
- Expansion plans for new programs, services, physician clinics and new partnerships
- Partnering and serving as a member of the campus executive team at Cardinal Glennon
- Partnering as part of the larger strategy & business development team in the St. Louis / Southern Illinois Region
Ideal Candidate will possess:
- 5-7 years in strategic planning, business development, leadership roles in a matrixed health care organization
- Experience in pediatrics and maternal service line development
- Nimble, confident, creative and upbeat leader eager to learn each day
- Thrives in a fast paced environment, often with a large deal of ambiguity
- Engaged leader that can create aligned teams across many departments, operational, physician leaders and partnered organizations
- Analytical thinker, can manipulate, interpret and distill data readily into story telling and actionable growth
- Executive level presence, advanced speaking and presentation skills
EDUCATION
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience or education
EXPERIENCE
- Seven years' experience, with two years' in leadership
