We serve the building trades, property management, designers, and retail customers from our distribution centers and Rancho Cordova showroom in California. Flooring Specialist

The role is to provide quality professional service that consistently meets or exceeds Company standards of excellence and customer expectations. The position directly interacts with customers daily for sales inquiries, on-site measurements, creating sales orders, and coordinating installations with installers. In addition, the position will work with the Masters property management, builder, and store sales reps to cross-sale our flooring services.

Responsibilities

• Take flooring sales orders from the customers by phone or by e-mails.
• Conduct on-site measurements if needed.
• Coordinate between the customers and the installers to schedule the jobs.
• Review the installation paperwork and finalize the billing with customers and cost with the installers after the jobs are complete.
• Partner with Warehouse and Purchasing departments to ensure a proper inventory
• Work with Finance to approve the labor payments to the installers
• Support cross-sell opportunities with the appliance sales teams

Qualifications

• Min 2 years of flooring experiences
• Property management industry experiences preferred
• Sales experiences preferred
• Computer proficiency, including MS Word and Excel
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong team player with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
• High level of professionalism with strong attention to detail

Compensation

• The position offers a monthly base salary of $4000 base plus commission. Total comp for fully ramp sales is between $80,0000 and $120,000.
