Mike Erdman Nissan is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Service BDC (Business Development Center) Agent. As a Service BDC Agent, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service by handling inbound calls and scheduling service appointments. We are looking for candidates with at least 1 year of experience in a dealership or call center environment.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls from customers and provide excellent customer service.
- Schedule service appointments for customers based on their needs and availability.
- Maintain accurate and detailed customer records in the dealership's CRM system.
- Provide information about service specials, promotions, and other relevant offerings.
- Follow up with customers to confirm appointments and address any additional questions or concerns.
- Collaborate with service advisors and technicians to ensure smooth scheduling and efficient service operations.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Continuously strive to meet and exceed customer satisfaction and service quality goals.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, service offerings, and dealership policies.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a dealership or call center environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Proficient computer skills and experience with CRM systems or appointment scheduling software.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle a high volume of incoming calls.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
