Full description of the position

Mike Erdman Nissan is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Service BDC (Business Development Center) Agent. As a Service BDC Agent, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service by handling inbound calls and scheduling service appointments. We are looking for candidates with at least 1 year of experience in a dealership or call center environment.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming phone calls from customers and provide excellent customer service.
• Schedule service appointments for customers based on their needs and availability.
• Maintain accurate and detailed customer records in the dealership's CRM system.
• Provide information about service specials, promotions, and other relevant offerings.
• Follow up with customers to confirm appointments and address any additional questions or concerns.
• Collaborate with service advisors and technicians to ensure smooth scheduling and efficient service operations.
• Address customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
• Continuously strive to meet and exceed customer satisfaction and service quality goals.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, service offerings, and dealership policies.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a dealership or call center environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Proficient computer skills and experience with CRM systems or appointment scheduling software.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle a high volume of incoming calls.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
