Job Description, Duties and Responsibilities:

• Send Quotes, Provide Pricing
• Provide efficient customer services
• Follow-up on status of quotes sent to customers
• Must be attentive to details
• Basic computer skills
• Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment
• Strong verbal and written English communication
• Strong ability to take initiative and confidently direct customer interactions
• Drayage industry knowledge (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Miami, FL 33147: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)
