We are seeking a Luxury Real Estate Sales Associate to join our growing team! You will handle all real estate activities and transactions on behalf of your clients.

Stellar Real Estate of Florida believes their team is critical to their success. With that knowledge, we run our brokerage differently. Stellar Real Estate provides training, mentorship, lead generation opportunities , a company CRM, events for former clients, marketing events, a Stellar e-mail, a transaction coordinator to assist in managing transactions, business cards, lockboxes and more. We have no monthly fees.

Our Sales Manager will assist you with planning for your goals, marketing and coaching to the next level.

Our Transaction Coordinator will help free up your time to provide better customer service by helping you take care of your paperwork and stay on track.

Currently Hiring Full Time or Part Time Real Estate Agents

Responsibilities:

• Provide relationship-focused service to clientele
• List and sell residential real estate
• Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers
• Host open houses and other events
• Prepare market analysis to help determine property value
• Educate clients on basic real estate procedures
• Verify and disclose property facts to clients

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in real estate, property management, or other related fields is preferred
• Excellent customer service and hospitality skills
• Team player
• Attention to detail
• Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases is preferred
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong negotiation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Requirements:

• Real estate agent’s or broker’s license

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
