Position: Inside Sales Customer Service Representative
Job Responsibilities:
As an Inside Sales Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in providing outstanding support to our valued customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Customer Engagement: Proactively communicate with customers via phone, email, and other communication channels to understand their architectural brick needs and offer suitable solutions.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our architectural brick products, their features, benefits, and potential applications. Use this knowledge to assist customers in making informed decisions.
- Order Processing: Efficiently process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Track order status and keep customers informed throughout the process.
- Problem Resolution: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly, striving to provide effective solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong and lasting relationships with architects, contractors, builders, and other clients. Nurture existing accounts and explore opportunities for repeat business.
- Sales Support: Collaborate closely with the outside sales team, providing them with essential information and support to achieve sales targets.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the construction or building materials industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently with minimal supervision.
- Knowledge of architectural brick products is a plus but not mandatory; we are willing to train the right candidate.

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
