About the position:

• Create, submit, process and place sales orders in CRM with exceptional accuracy.

• Collaborate with sales team nationwide to create proposals for customers (including lease payments/options, quotes from vendors for accessories or main equipment, additional discount requests, freight quotes, installation quotes, etc)
• Seek creative opportunities to propose stock equipment and or fulfill orders with stock equipment
• Manage project from proposal to invoice – communicating with sales, operations and vendors to ensure customer orders are delivered accurately and on time.
• Process vendor invoices and credits

• 
  A minimum of 2 years in a support or administrative role.
• Excellent MS Office skills. Ability to quickly learn our CRM system.
• Individual must have excellent communication skills and desire to help and support people within the organization.
• Individual must possess great problem solving and strategic thinking abilities, adaptability, initiative, innovation, dependability, interpersonal skills, leadership, orientation to customer service, willingness to provide organizational support, and display attention to detail.
• Strong project management skills, along with an orientation to teamwork, keen business acumen, and good cost consciousness are all required traits.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously. Must have the ability to prioritize and organize assignments.
• Ability to work from our St Louis office (I-170 and Olive).
