Your Responsibilities
Maloney Properties is looking for a full-time Occupancy Specialist for a residential property with 46 units in downtown Boston, MA This role is responsible for ensuring that all households are recertified on an annual basis and are in compliance with affordable housing program regulations. Other responsibilities include rent collection, waitlist management, and lease enforcement. Work hours are Monday-Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm There is also the potential to negotiate working remotely 1 day a week.
Your Qualifications
Qualified candidates must have experience in the recertification process and related regulations of affordable housing programs (LIHTC and PBS8). COS, SCHM, C3P or equivalent a plus. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office. Yardi experience is preferred.
