Full description of the position

Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the real estate transaction process
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about current trends and conditions
- List and advertise properties for sale or rent
- Show properties to potential buyers or tenants
- Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients
- Coordinate with lenders, inspectors, and other professionals involved in the real estate transaction process
- Guide clients through the closing process and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and on time

Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and colleagues
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced, competitive market
- Knowledge of local real estate market trends, laws, and regulations

Note: A valid NC real estate license is required for this position. Agents will be onboarded as independent contractors and set their own schedule. Both full and part time agents are welcomes to apply. Agents are eligible to earn up to 100% commission.
