About the job:

WindRiver Companies is looking for a Director of Sales and Marketing to join our team in Carrollton, TX. This position will be a PRE-LEASING ROCK STAR and is responsible for all aspects of the company’s sales and marketing strategy. You will be responsible for developing and implementing a sales plan, generating leads, selling products and services to local businesses, and working with the sales team to close sales.

Essential Job Functions:
·Develop and implement a sales plan to achieve sales goals.
·Generate leads by advertising, networking, and cold calling potential customers.
·Sell products and services to local businesses.
·Close sales by working with the sales team to coordinate delivery times, packaging, and shipping.
·Develop and maintain relationships with potential customers.
·Oversee all aspects of the sales process from beginning to end to ensure that customers receive the highest level of service and satisfaction.
·Assist with developing a strategic marketing plan that focuses on company's reputation and growth opportunities.
·Maintain accurate records of sales activity, sales goals, clients, sales revenue, etc.
·Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
·Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
·Must have a valid driver’s license with good driving record; no DUI or DWI convictions required. Must be able to pass a drug screen test; possession of marijuana is pre-requisites for this position.
·Excellent communication skills in writing and speaking; ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks; ability to develop relationships with various types of personnel; ability to handle financial transactions.
·Ability to pass pre-employment screening including background check, drug test, and driving record check.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $71,783.00 - $79,308.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:
