This position will be responsible for funneling all lead activity from our retail division, to Mitch Wright Plumbing Heating and Air for sales & service.

The hours are flexible, however Saturdays are a must.

What We Do

We are a team of home service experts who go the extra mile to ensure peak performance for your home’s plumbing, heating and air conditioning.

The Big Task

You will make outbound calls on service invoices and leads not sold in the field and do whatever is necessary to achieve department sales goals. You will also coordinate our marketing leads that are provided from a local retail store.

Key Sub Tasks

• Develop key client relationships, negotiating and closing deals.
• Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services.
• Participate in training so that you grow and develop as a professional.
• Maintain and update our customer database with complete and accurate information.
• Get potential customers excited about the company and encourage them to spread the word.
• Process Payments
• Scan documents

Unique Working Hours/ Days

Flexible work schedule; however Saturdays are a must.

• Dispatching: 1 year (Preferred)
